摘要
某矿斜坡道含水流砂层明槽段,采用基桩帷幕防水、小型挖掘机分层分区一次挖掘、分段浇筑钢筋混凝土永久支护等施工工艺;明槽转暗硐段,采用小型挖掘机全断面一次挖掘、铲运机出矸、超前管棚+29U型钢棚+钢筋混凝土联合支护、短段掘支等施工工艺,实现了安全快速施工,取得了较好的技术经济效果。
        The foundation piles curtain waterproof,one time excavation with delaminating and districting by mini-excavator,permanent support with segmentation by pouring reinforced concrete and other construction techniques were adopted at open channel section of the slope ramp in the aquiferous quicksand layer in a mine.The full face excavationat by mini-excavator,discharging gangue by carry-scraper,combined support by advanced pipe shed+ 29 Usteel shed+reinforced concrete,short section excavation and support,and other construction techniques were adopted at the junction section of open channel and blind tunnel.The safe and rapid construction was realized,and good technical and economic results were achieved.
