童乐口服液联合非时令序贯穴位敷贴治疗儿童哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚证临床研究

摘要
目的观察童乐口服液联合非时令序贯穴位敷贴治疗儿童哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将100例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。2组均按"全球哮喘防治创议"方案予丙酸氟替卡松吸入,连续治疗1年。治疗组同时予童乐口服液,每次10 mL,每日3次,口服,连续3个月;并予非时令序贯穴位敷贴,每次敷贴4 h,连续10次。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后呼吸道感染次数、哮喘发作次数、中医症状积分、肺功能及免疫球蛋白水平。结果治疗组总有效率为82.0%(41/50),对照组为70.0%(35/50),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组呼吸道感染次数、哮喘发作次数、中医症状积分降低(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,治疗组呼吸道感染次数、哮喘发作次数、中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)及血清总IgE、IgA、IgG、IgM水平明显改善(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,治疗组FVC、FEV1%及血清总IgE、Ig A、Ig G、IgM改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论童乐口服液联合非时令序贯穴位敷贴治疗儿童哮喘缓解期疗效满意,可增强患儿免疫功能,提高哮喘控制水平,减少发作次数。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongle oral liquid combined with non-seasonal sequential acupoint application on remitting stage of asthmatic children with lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome. Methods Totally 100 children were divided into treatment group and control group through random number table method, with 50 in each group. Both groups were given inhaled Fluticasone propionate according to GINA scheme for one year. The treatment group was given Tongle oral liquid on the basis of former treatment, 10 mL each time, three times a day, orally, for three months; non-seasonal sequential acupoint application was used, 4 h each time, for 10 times. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. The number of respirator y infections, the number of asthma attacks, the scores of TCM symptoms, lung function and immunoglobulin levels before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 82.0%(41/50) in the treatment group and 70.0%(35/50) in the control group. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the number of respiratory infections, the number of asthma attacks, and the scores of TCM symptoms decreased(P<0.05). After treatment, the number of respiratory infections, the number of asthma attacks, and the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with before treatment, the levels of FVC, FEV1% and serum total IgE, IgA, IgG and IgM were significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FVC, FEV1% and serum total IgE, IgA, IgG and IgM in the treatment group were better improved than those of the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Tongle Oral Liquid combined with acupoint application can enhance the immune function, improve asthma control and reduce asthma attacks of asthmatic children with syndrome o f lung-spleen qi deficiency.
