摘要
顺北1-12井为中石化西北油田分公司部署于塔里木盆地顺托果勒盆地一号断裂带上的一口超深开发井。为较好的保持井壁稳定,抑制泥岩水化,本井段选用钾胺基聚磺钻井液体系,同时引入抗温抗盐聚合物降失水剂DSP-1,保持钻井液较低的HTHP失水,较好的热稳定性。为降低对套管的磨损,在钻井液中加入HWJM-1减摩剂,与钻井液有较好的配伍性,现场使用减摩效果较好,降低了钻具对套管的磨蚀。志留系易漏失井段,通过随钻堵漏与专项堵漏,较好地解决了井漏,保证顺利钻达设计层位,为以后同一区块的高效快速施工积累了相关经验。
In order to reduce casing wear,HWJM-1 friction reducer is added to drilling fluid,which has good compatibility with drilling fluid,good friction reduction effect in field use and reduces the wear of drilling tools on casing. In Silurian leakage-prone wellbore section,by means of plugging while drilling and special plugging,well leakage can be well solved and the designed horizon can be drilled smoothly. It has accumulated relevant experience for the efficient and rapid construction of the same block in the future.
