中医外治法联合深部热疗对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者症状改善及炎性因子水平影响

摘要
目的观察中医外治法联合深部热疗对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者症状改善及炎性因子水平影响。方法根据就诊顺序将2015年9月至2017年9月郑州市卷烟厂康复医院收治的110例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者分为A、B两组(A=55,B=55),A组患者接受中医外治法治疗,B组患者接受中医外治法联合深部热疗治疗。统计两组患者治疗总有效率,对比两组患者治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6、CPR等炎性因子水平。结果 B组患者治疗总有效率(90.91%)高于A组(76.36%),P<0.05;治疗后B组患者TNF-α、IL-6、CPR水平均低于A组(P<0.05)。结论中医外治法联合深部热疗治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床疗效较好,且能有效缓解患者炎症反应,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment combined with deep hyperthermia on symptom improvement and inflammatory factor level in patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods According to the order of treatment, 110 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were divided into group A and group B(A=55, B=55). The patients in group A received TCM external therapy, and the patients in group B received TCM external therapy combined with deep hyperthermia.The total therapeutic efficiency of the two groups was calculated, and the levels of inflammatory factors such as TNF-α、IL-6、CPR were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in group B(90.91%) was higher than that in group A(76.36%), P<0.05.After treatment, TNF-α、IL-6 ande CPR in group B were all lower than those group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease by TCM external treatment combined with deep hyperthermia has a good clinical effect and can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response of patients, which can be widely used in clinic.
