摘要

文章主要介绍了将竹节纱与半精纺技术相结合的工艺,探讨了竹节纱从接料到细纱等各个工序的工艺流程,为了保证纱线强力等各项质量指标达到标准,要求梳棉、并粗、细纱工序的设备工艺达到最优,生产的纯棉竹节纱的品质能够适应市场需求。
        The paper mainly introduces the combination of slub yarn and semi-worsted technology, and discusses the process of slub yarn from collecting to spinning. In order to ensure the yarn strength and other quality indicators, carding, drawing, spinning all require optimized equipment, so as to ensure the quality of pure cotton slub yarn can be adapted to the market demand.
