“互联网+”时代“三区三州”特困地区劳动力转移教育作用机制研究

摘要
劳动力转移是"三区三州"特困地区摆脱贫困,全面建成小康社会的重要举措。在田野调查及文献分析的基础上,探究"互联网+"时代教育在"三区三州"特困地区劳动力转移中的作用机制。通过分析可知,在"互联网+"初步生长期,贫困者忽视教育经济价值,贫困者教育文化程度、素质技能较低,多元文化融合教育匮乏,族群社会化语言教育薄弱,这些现实难题均阻碍深度贫困地区劳动力的顺利转移。为此,在"互联网+"普及发展期,突显贫困地区教育经济价值理念,优化劳动力转移职教培训,重建多元文化融合教育体系,拓展社交语言学习路径,以此来优化"互联网+"时代"三区三州"特困地区劳动力转移的教育作用机制。
Labor transfer is an important measure to get rid of poverty and build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in poverty-stricken areas of "three regions and three prefectures". On the basis of field investigation and literature analysis, the paper explores the functional mechanism of education in labor migration of these poverty-stricken areas in "internet plus" era. The analysis shows that in the initial growth period of "internet plus", the poor ignore the economic value of education, so their educational level, quality and skills are low. Besides, the lack of education of multicultural integration and the weak socialized language education of ethnic groups are the practical problems hindering the smooth transfer of labor force in these deeply poverty-stricken areas. Therefore, in the popularization and development period of "internet plus", the economic value of education in poor areas should be highlighted, labor force transfer vocational education should be improved, educational system of multicultural integration should be reconstructed, and the learning path of social intercourse language should be expanded, so as to optimize the educational mechanism of labor migration in the areas in "internet plus" era.
