摘要

目的:研究后溪穴治疗咽喉肿痛古今文献记载和治疗的理论基础、可行性及其临床应用。方法:查找古今文献资料,搜寻后溪治疗咽喉肿痛相关记载,网罗相关临床应用并分析其治疗原理。结果:用后溪穴治疗咽喉肿痛古人就已使用,古书中也早有记载。但是其临床应用比古代在相对于通过后溪治疗其它疾病上要少得多。结论:后溪治疗咽喉肿痛从古至今都有很好的疗效,却不被今人充分地运用到临床,且此法须得到广泛推广应用。
        Objective: Study the theoretical basis,practicability and clinical applications of treating sore throat with Houxi point and relevant ancient and modern literature. Method: Searching the ancient and modern literature,looking for relevant records of treating sore throat with Houxi point and collecting related clinical application. Then find out the theory of this treatment. Result: The ancients had treated sore throat with Houxi point which was early recorded in ancient books. But Houxi point is rarely applied to treating sore throat than other deseases in nowadays. Conclutions: Treating sore throat with Houxi point always functions well but not being fully applied to the clinic now. So this treatment should be widely spreaded and used.
