静脉用药调配中心药品破损情况分析及改进措施

摘要
目的:了解我院静脉用药调配中心药品破损情况,探索降低药品破损的可控方法,为降低因药品破损导致的资源浪费提供参考。方法 :统计我院静脉用药调配中心2016年药品报损数据,分析造成药品破损的原因,并探讨减少药品破损的方法。结果 :统计发现破损药品共72种,破损总金额为73033.41元,总体破损率为0.065%;前十位破损药品金额占总破损金额的47.01%;72个破损品种中有11个品种为贵重药品,破损金额占总破损金额的20.26%;细胞毒类药品破损有3个品种,共32支,破损金额占总破损金额的0.86%。结论 :针对各环节易造成破损的原因,制订相应措施,使全员参与药品管理,以降低药品破损率,减少医院由于药品破损导致的资源浪费及环境污染。
        Objective: To understand the situation of drug damage in the intravenous drug dispensing center in our hospital and explore a controllable method for reducing drug damage to provide a reference for reducing the waste of resources caused by drug damage. Methods: The reporting data of drug damage from the intravenous drug dispatching center in our hospital in 2016 were statistically analyzed, the causes of drug damage were analyzed, and the methods for reducing drug damage were investigated. Results: A total of 72 damaged drugs were found, and the total money amount of the damaged drugs was 73033.41 yuan. The overall damage rate was 0.065%. The top ten damaged drugs accounted for 47.01% of the total damaged drugs in the total money amount. 11 of 72 damaged varieties were valuable drugs. The damaged money amount accounts for 20.26% of the total damaged money amount. There were three varieties of damaged cytotoxic drugs, a total of 32, and the damaged money amount accounted for 0.86% of the total damaged money amount. Conclusion: In view of the causes of drug damage in various links, corresponding measures should be formulated to enable all staff to participate in drug management so as to reduce the rate of drug breakage and the waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by drug breakage in hospitals.
