摘要
利用虚拟仪器采集汽车发动机的机体表面振动加速度信号,导入Matlab进行时域和频谱分析。以发动机失火故障为例,采集发动机正常状态和失火故障状态的振动加速度信号,通过频谱分析获取不同状态下的振动信号故障特征,进而实现失火故障的检测和诊断。
Vibration acceleration signal of automobile engine is collected by virtual instrument, and then time domain and spectrum analysis can be done by Matlab software. Taking engine misfiring fault as an example, the vibration signals of engine in normal state and fault state are obtained, fault feature of vibration signal can be achieved through the spectrum analysis, then the detection and diagnosis of fire fault can be realized.
