摘要
针对喷杆喷雾机在田间正常作业时由于路面凹凸不平所引起的喷杆振动问题,对一种五段式喷杆进行了研究。利用Pro-E建立了该喷杆的三维几何模型,并采用ANSYS对该喷杆的有限元模型进行模态分析,求解出喷杆的前8阶固有频率和模态阵型,结果显示:前6阶固有频率均在10Hz以下,喷杆容易发生共振。通过锤击法对该喷杆进行模态试验,对比有限元试验与模态试验,结果发现:喷杆前8阶共振频率差均小于10%,各阶振型所对应的模态置信准则都大于0.8,验证了理论分析的准确性。此次有限元分析可为喷杆的进一步优化设计和动力学分析提供理论依据。
        In order to solve the problem of rod vibration caused by uneven pavement,a five-stage spray rod was studied in this paper. First,the three-dimensional geometric model of the boom was established in Pro-E software. And then it was imported into ANSYS Workbench and a modal analysis of finite element model of the boom was made. The first 8 natural frequencies and modal shapes of the spray rod were calculated. It was discovered that the first 6 natural frequencies were all below 10 Hz and resonance was easy to occur in the boom. Finally,took the modal test of the spray rod by hammering method and compared the test results with the computational modal test results,which showed that the resonance frequency deviation of the first 8 modes of the spray bar were all less than 10%,the corresponding modal assurance criterion was greater than 0. 8 and can verify the accuracy of theoretical analysis. This modal analysis provided a theoretical basis for further optimization design and dynamic analysis for the boom.
