摘要
随着逐年的高校学生扩招,许多高校师生比严重失调,学生日常管理工作的质量得不到保障。在这样的大环境下,高校鼓励专业教师担任兼职辅导员能够很好地缓解专业辅导员的工作压力。专业教师担任兼职辅导员存在着专职辅导员所不具备的专业知识素养和专业化指导优势,但同时也存在着管理知识不足和流动性强的问题。通过提升兼职辅导员育人素质,建立突发事件快速反应机制,提供兼职辅导员岗位评定优惠政策,可以很好地扭转专业知识教师担任兼职辅导员的劣势,建立良性的兼职辅导员制度,对高校辅导员队伍建设具有巨大的作用。
With the increasing number of students in the university year by year, the ratio of teachers and students is highly decreased and the quality of students' daily management is not guaranteed. In such a situation, the professional teachers are encouraged to be a counselor in the university to relieve the pressure from the student management. This measure will bring a lot of advantages, such as the professional guidance, but some problems, such as lack of management knowledge and high turnover rate. This paper provides some methods to carry out the measure, such as enhancement of management knowledge,establishment of a rapid response mechanism and preferential policies for job evaluation. These methods will avoid the disadvantages of the measure, establish a positive part-time counselor system and play an important role in the construction of counselor teams.
