摘要
该文介绍了一种用于高功率激光器的石英声光开关。该声光开关采用石英晶体作声光介质,铌酸锂晶体作换能器材料,工作波长为1 064 nm,工作频率为68 MHz,光孔径为SymbolFC@4 mm,通过优化设计声光互作用长度,使1级光衍射效率可达95%。该文还测量分析了衍射光的光束质量因子M~2,通过优选晶体材料,提高抛光质量,合理设计散热结构等措施,使衍射光较好地保持了入射光的光束模式。
        A quartz acousto-optic switch used for high-power laser is introduced in this paper. The acousto-optic switch uses quartz crystal as an acousto-optic medium, and lithium niobate crystal as transducer material. The working wavelength is 1 064 nm, working frequency is 68 MHz and diameter of the optical aperture is SymbolFC@4 mm. By optimizing the design of the acousto-optic interaction length, the first-order optical diffraction efficiency can reach 95%. This paper also analyzed and measured the beam quality factor M~2 of the diffracted light. By optimizing the crystal materials, improving the polishing quality, and rationally designing the heat dissipation structure, the diffraction light can preferably maintain the beam mode of the incident light.
