房屋建筑内在因素对其白蚁危害的影响研究

摘要
为定量评价房屋建筑内在因素对其白蚁危害的影响,以成都市城区房屋建筑为调查对象,采用二分类Logistic回归模型等进行成因分析。结果表明:建筑结构、建筑用途、建造时间、地下室等4种房屋建筑内在因素对其白蚁危害均具有显著影响;砌体结构的蚁害发生率显著高于混凝土和钢结构;居住建筑蚁害发生率显著高于公共建筑和其他建筑;建造时间越久、无地下室的房屋建筑越易遭受白蚁危害;4种因素综合作用于房屋建筑蚁害发生,其影响由大到小的顺序为建筑结构、地下室、建造时间、建筑用途。
        To quantitatively evaluate the influence of internal building factors on termite hazards,a binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze the causes of termite hazards in urban buildings of Chengdu.The results are showed as follows:(1) Termite damages to housing buildings were significantly affected by building structures,building uses,building time and basements?(2) The incidence rate of termite damages in masonry structures was significantly higher than that in concrete and steel structures?(3) The incidence rate of termite damages in residential buildings was significantly higher than that in public buildings and other buildings?(4) The earlier-built houses and basementless houses were more vulnerable to termite damages than the later-built houses and houses with basements?(5) Four factors synthetically affected the occurrence of termite damages in buildings?the effect order of internal building factors on termite damages from large to small were building structures,basements,building time and building uses.
