小儿支气管肺炎行PDCA循环护理干预的效果

摘要
目的分析小儿支气管肺炎并发症及治疗依从性行PDCA循环护理干预的影响。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月我院收治的支气管肺炎患儿120例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将其分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用PDCA循环护理,对比两组患者的并发症发生情况以及患儿治疗依从性情况。结果观察组患儿治疗依从性评分为(98.12±0.15)分,高于对照组的(78.96±1.58)分,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的23.33%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=12.970,P <0.05)。结论对小儿支气管肺炎患儿行PDCA循环护理干预利于降低并发症发生率,提高患儿治疗依从性。
Objective To analyze the complications of bronchopneumonia in children and the effect of PDCA nursing intervention on treatment compliance. Methods 120 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects. Comparisons of complications and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%, lower than 23.33% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(χ~2=12.970, P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulatory nursing intervention for children with bronchial pneumonia can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the treatment compliance of children.
