阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合丹参酮治疗支原体肺炎患儿的效果及抗氧自由基作用

摘要
目的:观察阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合丹参酮治疗支原体肺炎患儿的疗效及抗氧自由基作用。方法:选取2016年3月-2018年4月于笔者所在医院治疗支原体肺炎患儿120例为研究对象,将患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患儿在常规治疗基础上使用阿奇霉素序贯疗法;观察组在对照组基础上使用丹参酮辅助治疗。比较两组临床治疗有效率及不良反应发生率,统计两组临床支原体肺炎特征消失时间、住院时间,检测两组治疗前后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、胸片恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MDA含量低于对照组,SOD活性高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为15.00%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合丹参酮能有效治疗支原体肺炎,缩短治疗时间,增加抗氧自由基作用,提高治疗安全性。
Objective:To observe the efficacy and anti-oxygenic free radicals function of Azithromycin sequential therapy combined with Tanshinone in children patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia.Method:A total of 120 children patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were selected for the study and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Azithromycin sequential therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,and observation group was given Tanshinone for adjuvant therapy on the basis of control group.The total effective rate of clinical treatment and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The disappearance times of clinical mycoplasmal pneumonia symptoms and hospital stay were counted in the two groups.The serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and serum malondialdehyde(MDA) content were measured before and after treatment in the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 96.67% in observation group,higher than 80.00% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough disappearance time,fever subsidence time,disappearance time of lung rales,recovery time of chest radiograph and the hospital stay in observation group were shortened compared with those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MDA content in observation group after treatment was lower than that in control group,and the SOD activity was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 15.00% in observation group,lower than 40.00% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin sequential therapy combined with Tanshinone can effectively treat mycoplasmal pneumonia,shorten the treatment time,increase the anti-oxygenic free radicals function,and improve the treatment safety.
