摘要
开发了一种材料流变模型建立与预测分析仪。该流变仪通过测试恒定剪切应力作用下的材料形变特性,可自动建立材料的流变模型,并可依据模型导出的流变方程预测分析材料在不同应力或应变条件下的流变特性。介绍了该流变仪的工作原理、硬件组成、模型建立与预测分析过程,并以SBS改性沥青为应用实例,通过剪切形变特性的测试,建立了SBS改性沥青在40℃下的流变模型,确定了其流变方程和流变参数,预测分析了在车轮交变应力作用下该材料的形变规律,结果表明车速从40km/h增大到80km/h,粘性变形可减小52%,有利于抑制路面车辙的形成。
        A rheometer used for the establishment of rheological model and prediction analysis was developed.The rheological model of the material could be automatically established based on the rheological property test at constant shear stress,and the rheological properties of the material at different stresses or under different strain conditions can be predicted according to the rheological equations derived from the model.In this paper,the working principle,hardware compositions,model establishment and prediction analysis of the rheometer were introduced.Here,SBS modified bitumen was selected as a practical example.The rheological model of SBS modified bitumen under 40℃ was established and the rheological equation and rheological parameter were determined by shear deformation test.The deformation laws of SBS modified bitumen at alternating stress of the wheel were predicted and analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the viscous deformation decreases 52% with the speed increases from 40 km/h to 80 km/h,which is good for inhibiting the formation of pavement rutting.
