摘要
介绍了我国的石油消费结构现状,预测了石油消费峰值及成品油消费需求,对比了我国与全球的石油消费水平,并基于此剖析了我国石油消费面临的机遇。指出传统石油企业要重视工艺流程改造、技术升级和产品结构调整,增产清洁高标号汽油、航煤、石蜡等高附加值炼油产品及化工原料,开发绿色、高端化、功能化化工新产品,加快由燃料型炼厂向炼化一体化企业转型,积极介入下一代交通燃料产业。
        The current situation of petroleum consumption structure in China was introduced,the peak of oil consumption and the demand for refined oil products were predicted,the oil consumption level at home and abroad was compared,and on these basis,the opportunities faced by China' s oil consumption were analyzed. It was pointed out that the traditional petroleum enterprises should attach importance to technical process revampment,technological upgrading and product structure adjustment,increase the yields of chemical raw materials and high value-added refined oil products such as clean high grade gasoline,jet fuel and paraffin,etc,develop new green,high-end and functional chemical products,speed up the transition from fuel-type refineries to refining-chemical integration enterprises,and be actively involved in the transportation fuel industry of next generation.
