天然气长输管道安全管理存在的问题及对策分析

摘要
分析了长输天然气管道存在的安全管理问题及对策;对现存的长输天然气管道安全管理问题进行总结,并制定解决对策。天然气长输管道安全管理的问题主要有材料的质量问题、地理环境影响、第三方违规操作、非法盗取、安全管理意识薄弱、缺乏健全的管理制度等。针对存在的安全管理问题,制定有针对性的对策,并严格落实,旨在提高天然气长输管道运营的安全性。
To analyze the safety management problems and countermeasures of long-distance natural gas pipeline. The existing safety management problems of long-distance natural gas pipeline were summarized and the countermeasures were worked out. The main problems in safety management of long distance natural gas pipeline are: material quality problem, geographical environment influence, third party illegal operation, illegal theft, weak safety management consciousness, lack of sound management system and so on. In view of the existing safety management problems, it is possible to improve the safety of long distance natural gas pipeline operation by making targeted countermeasures and strictly implementing them.
