摘要
为保证主井装载板式定量输送机安全可靠运行,顺利完成煤仓内原煤高效转载运输至主井提升机箕斗内,在以PLC为核心控制元件的自动控制系统基础上,研究了通过定重、定时、定容、定速等多种不同原理监测方法的板式定量输送机多重保护技术,提高了装煤精度,改善了设备的运行工况,工作效率进一步提升,实现了更全面的故障自诊断功能,系统能够自动采取措施防止故障发生后造成事件的进一步扩展,避免安全事故的发生,现场运行良好,取得很好的经济效益,满足矿井提升运输系统安全生产需求,具有广泛推广价值。
        In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the main well loading plate type quantitative conveyor,the efficient transfer of raw coal in the coal bunker to the main shaft hoist bucket was successfully completed. Based on the automatic control system with PLC as the core control component. Multi-protection technology of plate type quantitative conveyor was studied with various different principle monitoring methods such as weighting timing,constant volume,constant speed, etc.,improves the accuracy of coal loading,improves the operating conditions of the equipment,further improves the working efficiency,and realizes a more comprehensive fault diagnostic function. The system can automatically take measures to prevent further expansion of the event after the failure, avoid the occurrence of safety accidents, good on-site operation,obtain good economic benefits,meet the safety production requirements of the mine lifting transportation system,and have wide promotion value.
