温针灸结合超短波治疗腰椎骨质增生症40例

摘要
目的探讨温针灸结合超短波治疗腰椎骨质增生症临床疗效。方法选取2017年8月—2018年2月我院门诊和住院腰椎骨质增生症患者80例,按就诊先后顺序分组。温针灸组单纯采用温针灸治疗,观察组采用温针灸结合超短波治疗。2组均治疗2个疗程(20 d),随访半年。比较2组腰椎骨质增生症治疗总有效率;腰部疼痛消失时间、恢复正常生活时间、恢复正常工作时间;干预前后患者腰痛评分、腰椎功能障碍程度、腰椎功能评分。结果观察组腰椎骨质增生症治疗总有效率高于温针灸组,P<0.05;观察组腰部疼痛消失时间、恢复正常生活时间、恢复正常工作时间短于温针灸组,P<0.05;干预前2组腰痛评分、腰椎功能障碍程度、腰椎功能评分相近,P>0.05;干预后观察组腰痛评分、腰椎功能障碍程度、腰椎功能评分优于温针灸组,P<0.05。结论温针灸结合超短波治疗腰椎骨质增生症临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进腰椎功能的提高,减轻患者疼痛,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of lumbar hyperosteogeny. Methods From August 2017 to February 2018, 80 cases of patients with lumbar hyperosteogeny were enrolled in our hospital. The warm acupuncture group was treated with warm acupuncture, and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave. Both groups were treated for 2 courses(20 days), and were followed-up for 6 months. The total effective rate of lumbar hyperplasia in two groups, lumbar pain disappeared time, normal life time, normal working time, before and after the intervention, lower back pain score, lumbar dysfunction and lumbar function score was compared. Results The total effective rate of lumbar vertebral hyperplasia in the observation group was higher than that in the warm acupuncture group P<0.05.The lost time, returned to normal life time, and returned to normal working time of the observation group shorter than that of the warm acupuncture group P <0.05. Before intervention, the lumbar pain score, lumbar dysfunction and lumbar function score were similar, P>0.05. After the intervention, the lumbar pain score, lumbar dysfunction and lumbar function score in the observation group were better than those in the warm acupuncture group P<0.05. Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave therapy in the treatment of lumbar hyperosteogeny has clinical curative effect, can effectively improve the patients ' clinical symptoms and function of lumbar spine, relieve patients' pain, and is worthy of popularization and application.
