摘要
目的:研究秦巴山区野生连翘产地加工方法,用于指导当地药农正确的加工青翘,确保临床用药质量的稳定性。方法:模仿产地药农传统加工工艺设计单因素试验,对水煮烘干工艺采用L9(34)正交设计试验,以连翘苷、连翘酯苷A、总黄酮含量为指标,用AHP法确定3种成分权重系数分别为0.429、0.429、0.143,加权综合分析,考察加水量、水煮时间、烘干温度3个因素对野生连翘青翘质量的影响。结果:单因素试验中水煮烘干工艺3种成分的综合评分最高达97.16,正交试验优选的最佳条件为A_2B_2C_3。结论:水煮烘干工艺优于其他产地加工方法,确定最佳水煮烘干工艺为青翘采收后采用3倍量的水,煮制10 min,70℃烘干。
        Objective To study the processing methods of wild Forsythia in Qinba Mountains for guiding local pharmacists to process Forsythia correctly and ensuring the quality of clinical medication. Methods Through simulating the single factor experiment of traditional processing technology design of local medicinal farmer,the orthogonal design experiment of L9( 34)was adopted in the boiling and drying process. With the content of forsythiaside,forsythiaside A and total flavonoids as the index,the weight coefficients of three components determined by AHP method were 0.429,0.429 and 0.143,respectively.The weighted comprehensive analysis was conducted to investigate the effects of water addition,boiling time and drying temperature on the quality of wild forsythia suspensa. Results In the single factor test,the comprehensive score of the three components in the hydro-boiling drying process was up to 97. 16,and the optimum condition for the orthogonal test was A2 B2 C3. Conclusion Boiling and drying process is superior to other origin processing methods. The best boiling and drying process is to use 3 times the amount of water after harvesting forsythia,boiling for 10 minutes and drying at 70 ℃.
