摘要

在2-乙基己醇存在的条件下,采用硝酸水解氧化淀粉,制取一种多羟基有机羧酸(酯)。由于多羟基有机羧酸(酯)耐碱性好、螯合分散能力强,用其配制的双氧水稳定剂可应用于棉织物的冷轧堆、长车汽蒸、快速练漂等漂白工序,可达到常规水玻璃的应用效果。
        A kind of polyhydroxy organic carboxylic acid(ester) is prepared by hydrolysis and oxidation of starch with nitric acid in the presence of 2-ethylhexanol. The polyhydroxy organic carboxylic acid(ester)has good alkali resistance and strong chelating and dispersing abilities, and the hydrogen peroxide stabi?lizer prepared with it can be used in cold pad-batch, steaming, rapid scouring and bleaching of cotton fabrics with the same application effect of sodium silicate.
