艾灸、电针足三里对腓总神经横断术后大鼠胃黏膜损伤修复的影响

摘要
目的探讨艾灸、电针启动相关内源性保护信息对胃黏膜的保护效应以及与腓总神经通路的关系。方法将72只SD大鼠随机分为正常组(A组)、模型组(B组)、模型艾灸组(C组)、手术模型艾灸组(D组)、模型电针组(E组)和手术模型电针组(F组),每组12只。除正常组外,其余各组均用无水乙醇、阿司匹林灌胃制备胃黏膜损伤模型,其中D组和F组在行腓总神经切断术后进行造模。C组和D组采用艾灸双侧足三里穴治疗,E组和F组采用电针双侧足三里穴治疗。治疗3 d后,采用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察各组大鼠胃黏膜形态学变化,计算胃黏膜溃疡指数(UI),并采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清与胃黏膜组织中一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素-1?(IL-1?)的含量。结果 B组、C组、D组、E组和F组UI、血清NO含量及胃黏膜组织中NO、IL-1?含量与A组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。B组、D组、E组和F组血清IL-1?含量与A组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。B组和D组UI、血清NO含量及胃黏膜组织中NO、IL-1?含量与C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。B组和F组UI、血清NO含量及胃黏膜组织中NO、IL-1?含量与E组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论艾灸和电针足三里穴均可通过腓总神经途径传递信息,促使NO、IL-1?释放,从而有效促进胃黏膜修复,且两种方法治疗效果相近。
        Objective To investigate the protective effect of moxibustion and electroacupuncture in initiating the relative endogenous protection information on gastric mucosa, and its relationship with the pathway of common peroneal nerve. Method Seventy-two Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomized into a normal group (group A), a model group (group B), a moxibustion model group (group C), a moxibustion plus surgery model group (group D), an electroacupuncture model group (group E) and a electroacupuncture plus surgery model group (group F), with 12 rats in each group. Except for group A, rats in the other groups were treated with dehydrated ethanol and aspirin to prepare gastric mucosal lesion model. The rats in group D and group F were subjected to preparing the gastric mucosal damage model after the common peroneal nerve transection. Group C and group D were intervened by moxibustion at Zusanli (ST36), while Group E and group F were intervened by electroacupuncture at the same acupoints. After 3-day treatment, morphological changes in gastric mucosa of rats in each group were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, ulcer index (UI) was calculated, and nitric oxide (NO) and interleukin-1? (IL-1?) contents in serum and gastric mucosa tissue were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Result The UI, NO content in serum, and NO and IL-1? contents in gastric mucosa tissue in group B, group C, group D, group E and group F were significantly different from those in group A (P<0.01, P<0.05). The IL-1? content in serum in group B, group D, group E and group F was significantly different from that in group A (P<0.01, P<0.05). The UI, NO content in serum, and NO and IL-1? contents in gastric mucosa tissue in group B and group D were significantly different from those in group C (P<0.01). The UI, NO content in serum, and NO and IL-1? contents in gastric mucosa tissue in group B and group F were significantly different from those of group E (P<0.01). Conclusion Both moxibustion and electroacupuncture at Zusanli (ST36) can transmit information through the pathway of common peroneal nerve, so as to promote the release of NO and IL-1?, which can effectively promote the recovery of gastric mucosa. The treatment efficacy of these two methods is similar.
