摘要
蒙古国某铜钼矿资源属典型的大型斑岩型铜矿床,该矿床中有用金属矿物主要有黄铜矿、斑铜矿、辉钼矿以及铜蓝等,现场生产采用铜钼混浮-中矿再磨工艺流程,但是钼回收效果较差,钼回收率仅在60%左右。本文针对该斑岩型铜矿伴生钼资源综合高效回收展开试验研究,通过采用选择性捕收剂BKH,在粗选作业针对铜、钼进行优先高效捕收,在铜钼分离作业采用新型抑制剂BKG作为铜抑制剂,优化了铜钼分离效果,实验室试验钼回收率达到80%以上。
The copper molybdenum resources in Mongolia belong to typical large porphyry copper deposit,in which the main useful metal minerals are chalcopyrite,bornite,molybdenum and covellite,etc.Onsite production adopts copper molybdenum bulk flotation,middlings regrinding process flowsheet,but molybdenum recovery is lower,only about 50%.In this paper,a study on the comprehensive and efficient recovery of the associated molybdenum resources of the porphyritic copper mine is carried out.A selective collector BKH is adopted in roughing,which can collect copper and molybdenum preferentially and efficiently.A new depressor BKG is adopted in copper and molybdenum separation,used as the depressor of copper,that is optimizing the separation effect,and the recovery of molybdenum in the laboratory test is obtained 80%.
