人工智能时代文化生产与管理机制革新

摘要
人工智能技术的飞速发展与普及必将对社会生产生活方式产生广泛而深远的影响。对于文化建设和文化产业来说,智能化时代的文化、文艺产物,在生产、传播、接受诸方面也将发生复杂而深刻的变化。人工智能技术将深入影响文化产业结构,大幅降低生产成本,提高效能,带来供给侧结构性变化;同时,智能化时代的文化建设也面临无可回避的挑战,过分依赖智能化生产将导致"文化缺钙"等重大问题;产品的版权保护也成为一个重大课题。针对新形势新变化,政府文化管理的革新提上日程,技术进步除了为管理注入活力外,也带来了智能管理的伦理问题,提出智能化时代文化建设的新使命。
The rapid development and popularization of artificial intelligence technology will have a wide and far-reaching impact on social production and lifestyle. For cultural construction and cultural industry,cultural and artistic products in the era of intellectualization will also undergo complex and profound changes in production,dissemination and acceptance. Artificial intelligence technology will deeply affect the cultural industrial structure,greatly reduce production costs,improve efficiency,and bring structural changes on the supply side. At the same time,cultural construction in the era of intellectualization is also facing unavoidable challenges. Over-reliance on Intellectualized production will lead to major problems such as cultural calcium deficiency'. Copyright protection of products has also become a major issue. In view of the new situation and changes,the innovation of government cultural management has been put on the agenda. In addition to injecting vitality into management,technological progress has also brought ethical problems of intelligent management,and put forward the new mission of cultural construction in the era of intellectualization.
