摘要

民族地区教育文化的社会研究中"文化重构"愿景的实现必须率先解决当代"文化重生"的问题。文化地域性发展机遇下,管理及决策指导文化发展,城市群和产业化的社会经济结构建立,民族文化传承与教育发展的社会价值,为实现教育文化事业发展的社会价值提供理论分析的指向。民族地区发展决策的文化解读提供政策行动力;地区城市群的规模初建提供社会组织保障力;高质多元教育产业目标确立提供经济推动力;民族与区域文化生态环境提供核心原动力。在新的全球化、现代化历史情境下,不断以文化教育的发展为社会发展提供动力,通过文化的发展,影响民族地区教育政策措施的实行,推动经济社会的和合发展,实现当下民族文化的发展和重生。
        The realization of the vision on Cultural Reconstruction on the basis of social study on education culture in minority areas should firstly solve the problem of cultural rebirth. Under the opportunities of cultural regional development, management and decision guide the development of culture, the establish of urban agglomeration and industrialization of the social and economic structure, culture and education development of social values, provide the theoretical guidance to achieve social value of the educational culture development. To provide policy line power to the cultural interpretation to the minority area development decision, to provide the social organization guarantee to the urban agglomeration initial scale, to provide the economic impetus to the hi-tech and multiple education industry target, to provide the core power to national regional cultural ecological environment. In newly-built historical situation of globalization and modernization, to apply constantly the power to the social development on the culture and education. By the cultural development to affect the appliance national regional educational policy and promote the concordance development of economy and society and to realize the development and rebirth to the national culture.
