赣南地区县域城镇养老设施规划研究——以瑞金市为例

摘要
随着我国人口老龄化趋势的日益严重,城镇养老设施配置问题逐渐成为人们关注的问题。在赣南地区城镇养老设施发展的过程中,存在养老设施不足,设施体系建设不完善,资源配置不合理,养老设施规划不足,规划得不到有效落实等问题。针对以上问题,本文结合瑞金市的养老设施规划实践,提出了城市养老设施分层多元的规划策略——分区全域化布局,分级整体化建设,标准差异化制定及落实制度化保障,以期对同类型的养老设施规划有所借鉴。
With the increasing age of China's population aging, the problem of urban old-age facilities allocation has gradually become a concern. In the process of urban old-age facilities development in southern Anhui, there are problems such as insufficient oldage facilities, imperfect construction of facilities, unreasonable resource allocation, inadequate planning of old-age facilities, and ineffective implementation of planning. In response to the above questions, In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the planning strategy of stratified and diversified urban old-age facilities in combination with the practice of pension facilities planning in Ruijin City——divisional globalization layout,hierarchical integration construction,standard differentiation formulation and implementation of institutionalized guarantee, in order to learn from the same type of pension facilities planning.
