不动产登记档案管理系统设计

摘要
从不动产登记业务实际需求出发,着眼于当前不动产登记资料归档和查询利用所面临的问题,研究高效、规范的不动产登记档案信息化管理方法。提出并设计了基于现有不动产登记平台和国土资源"一张图"平台的档案管理系统建设框架,借助系统间的集成交互与数据共享,优化不动产登记资料的归档和查询利用。为了提高归档效率,提出将不动产登记平台作为归档数据提供者,制定业务数据向档案数据转换的映射规则,将各类业务数据直接转换为档案著录或电子档案,实现自动归档。针对档案查询利用问题,讨论了基于业务节点时序和基于空间位置的档案关联方法,将分散的档案案卷建立关联关系,为历史追溯查询和空间查询提供数据基础,实现多元快速查档。
Base on the requirements of the real estate registration,this paper focuses on the problems faced by archiving and querying,studies the efficient and standardized information management method of the real estate registration archives.The construction framework of the archives management system based on the real estate registration system and"a map"system is discussed,and the archiving and query utilization of the real estate registration archives are optimized with the help of the system's integration interaction and data sharing.In order to improve the efficiency of archiving,the real estate registration platform is proposed as the archiving data provider,the mapping rules of business data to archival data are formulated,all kinds of business data are directly converted into archival description or electronic archives to realize automatic archiving.Aiming at the problem of archives query,this paper discusses the method of archives association based on business node time sequence and spatial location.It establishes the relationship between dispersed archives files,provides data basis for historical retrospective query and spatial query,and achieves multiple and fast query.
