摘要
"一带一路"倡议的实施为中医药对外传播提供了新的契机。在"一带一路"倡议背景下,旨在培养中医药专业人才跨文化传播能力的中医高等院校的英语教学更凸显其重要地位。中医高等院校的英语教学在新的历史时期肩负着重要的历史使命和责任担当。本论文以教学目标来源于学生的需求、社会的需求、学科知识发展为基础,分析了中医高等院校大学英语教学目标应该围绕满足中医药院校大学生的需求,"一带一路"背景下中医药国际传播与交流的需求以及中医药英语学科发展的需求三个维度进行设计。
        The implementation of "the Belt and Road" initiative has provided a new opportunity for the transmission of traditional Chinese medicine. Under the background of "the Belt and Road" initiative, the English teaching in universities of traditional Chinese medicine has played a crucial role in cultivating the cross-cultural communication ability of TCM professionals. English teaching in universities of traditional Chinese medicine shoulders important mission and responsibility in the new historical period. Based on the teaching objectives stemmed from the needs of students, of the society, and of the development of disciplinary knowledge, the objective of college English teaching in universities of traditional Chinese medicine should be designed in accordance with the three dimensions of meeting the needs of TCM students, the needs of international communication of TCM under the background of "the Belt and Road" and of the development of discipline of Chinese medical English.
