摘要
目的探究高敏感用户对手机交互操作性能的具体感知需求,为手机软硬件研发机构提供以用户体验为中心的理论指导。方法首先采用文献研究法获得了手机交互操作性能感知要素,再利用德尔菲法将要素进行整合得到了感知要素集合,随后通过问卷调研筛选出高敏感用户,组织高敏感用户参与焦点小组,对感知要素两两比较赋值,从而构造了要素权重的判断矩阵,再运用层次分析法得出各个感知要素的权重。结论确定了21个手机交互操作性能感知要素,得到了各个要素的权重,为手机交互操作性能的研究与判定提供了分析框架,在手机交互操作性能用户感知的质量提升方面提出了改进建议。
        The work aims to provide a theoretical user-centered guidance for smartphone software and hardware R&D institutions by exploring the specific perception needs of sensitive users on the interaction performance of smartphone. First, the performance perception elements of smartphone interaction were obtained by literature research. Second, the Delphi method was used to integrate the elements to obtain the aggregate of perception elements. Then, the highly sensitive users were screened out through questionnaire survey, the highly sensitive users were organized to participate in focus groups, and the two perception elements were compared and assigned to construct the judgment matrix of the element weights. Then, the weight of each perception element was obtained by means of analytic hierarchy process. 21 performance perception elements of smartphone interaction are determined, and the weight of each element is obtained. It provides an analysis framework for the research and determination of smartphone interaction performance, and puts forward suggestions on improving the quality of user perception of smartphone interaction performance.
