评价理论视域下《政府工作报告》中态度资源的翻译

摘要

《政府工作报告》是中国政府制定的相关文件,用于对过去的工作总结以及对未来的工作部署,该报告对于中国的发展有着不可或缺的指导意义。与此同时,该报告不仅对我国对外宣传有着重要的促进作用,而且还是外界了解中国政治、文化、经济、生态等相关方面发展的重要途径。因此,为进一步促进中国与外界各国的交流与沟通,有关《中国政府报告》的翻译研究迫在眉睫。本文从评价系统理论视角出发,分析《政府工作报告》译文态度资源的使用与原语评价资源的出现率是否一致,并探讨译文中评价资源变化的影响因素。
        As a typical type of political text, the annual Report on the Work of Government reviews and summarizes the work the government has done in the past and then describes the general plan for the future,which is directive for the development of the country. It is also an authoritative source for people abroad to get a comprehensive view of Chinese current situation. Thus, the translation of RWG is quite important for bridging relationship and communication between China and other countries.On the basis of the Appraisal Theory, the paper analyzes the similarities and differences in the use of attitudinal appraisal resources and discusses the possible causes of the differences.
