不同赋权法在减速箱健康状态评价中的应用研究

摘要
减速箱的健康状态备受关注,提出用相对健康值来定量描述减速箱的运行状态,并应用不同赋权法对减速箱健康状态评价进行比较。阐述了基于博弈论和基于单位化约束条件的综合集成赋权法原理,并对减速箱健康状态评价指标分别进行赋权,比较研究了这2种赋权法所得到的结果。通过对某石化公司挤压机X6401减速箱长期油样进行分析,表明在确定其健康状态评价指标的权重时,基于博弈论的综合集成赋权法倾向于尽可能保留主、客观权重的信息,而基于单位化约束条件的综合集成赋权法则是通过最大化评价目标函数,确定主、客观权重在综合权重中所占的最优比例系数。虽然赋权思想不一样,但其赋权的原理都是科学、有效的。
        As the decelerate gearbox's health status being increasingly concerned,the relative health value was employed to quantitatively describe the decelerate gearbox status and makes a comparative study of the results of different weighting method used in the weight determination of the decelerate gearbox's health status. Describes the principle of weight combination method based on the game theory and units of constraints and makes a comparative study of the results of two kinds of weighting method applied to evaluation of health status for decelerate gearbox. By the gearbox of unit X6401 in certain petrochemical company's oil sample,in determining the decelerate gearbox evaluation index weight,and in the case of expecting to preserve information of the subjective and objective index's weight as possible,the comprehensive weight method based on the game theory should be selected. In the case of maximizing the evaluation and determining the optimal proportion of subjective and objective weight in the comprehensive weight,the comprehensive weight method based on the units of constraints should be selected. Although the guiding thinking of the comprehensive weight method are different,their principles are scientific and effective.
