摘要
利用有限元的方法,使用ANSYS软件分别对整体转子、单层隔板、扇形板进行热-力耦合数值模拟,获得其变形量。通过研究,利用数值模拟分析的方法验证了空气预热器的变形量,对工程数据进行论证,提高了空气预热器的工作效率。
By using the finite element method and the ANSYS software,the thermal-mechanical coupling numerical simulation of the whole rotor,the monolayer partition and the sector plate is carried out,and their deformation is obtained. The deformation of the air preheater is verified by numerical simulation analysis method,and the engineering data are demonstrated to improve the working efficiency of the air preheater.
