电动汽车永磁同步驱动电机振动噪声建模与分析

摘要
某纯电动样车在试验过程中被抱怨驱动电机噪声问题。针对该问题,首先进行永磁同步驱动电机的振动噪音机理分析,建立以转速为输入信号和以噪声频率与阶次为输出信号的电机振动噪声理论模型,并推导出A声级噪声理论谱线;其次,进行被测永磁同步的电机振动噪声测试,得出A声级噪声试验谱线;最后,对比理论模型预测和测试结果,验证了模型的正确性,并识别被测永磁同步电机异常噪声源。该模型与试验相结合可以快速识别永磁同步电机的异常振动噪声源。
        Noise of driving motor of a pure electric prototype vehicle was complained while testing. Three steps were implemented in order to diagnose and identify the sources of noise. Firstly, the mechanism of vibration& noise of PMSM was analyzed, the theoretical model of PMSM vibration& noise with relationship between input rotation speed and output noise frequency & order was established. Theoretical spectrum lines of PMSM noise of A-weighted sound level was deduced simultaneously. Secondly, the vibration& noise of the PMSM was tested, experimental spectrum lines of noise of A-weighted sound level was disclosed. Finally, the theoretical model is proved by comparison of theoretical predictions and experimental results. And the noise resources are diagnosed and identified too. Thus the theoretical model combine with experiment can identify the abnormal noise resources of PMSM quickly.
