摘要
通过7根BFRP筋和3根钢筋再生混凝土无腹筋梁四分点加载试验,对比分析了纵筋种类、剪跨比、BFRP筋配筋率、再生混凝土抗压强度对BFRP筋再生混凝土梁跨中挠度的影响。结果表明:钢筋屈服前,BFRP筋梁跨中挠度随荷载增加的斜率比钢筋梁大;钢筋屈服后,BFRP筋梁荷载-跨中挠度曲线的切线刚度比钢筋梁大;在同种荷载作用下,试件的跨中挠度随配筋率的增大而减小,随剪跨比的增加而增大;再生混凝土抗压强度对试验梁跨中挠度无明显影响。参照不同设计规范对BFRP筋梁跨中挠度进行了计算,结果表明:在50%极限荷载、70%极限荷载和极限荷载下,ACI 440.1R-03规范值与试验值吻合较差,GB 50608—2010规范对挠度的计算更合理,建议采用GB 50608—2010规范对BFRP筋再生混凝土无腹筋梁跨中挠度进行计算。
        For comparing and analyzing the mid-span deflection of basalt fiber reinforced polymer reinforced recycled concrete beams without web reinforcement influenced by the types of longitudinal reinforcement,shear span ratio,reinforcement ratio of BFRP rebar and the compressive strength of recycled concrete,7 basalt fiber reinforced polymer reinforced and 3 reinforced recycled concrete beams without web reinforcement under 4 point bending test were conducted.Results show that the slope of the mid-span deflection of BFRP reinforced recycled concrete beam is larger than reinforced recycled concrete beams with the load increases before the steel yield.The tangential stiffness of the load-midspan deflection curve of the BFRP reinforced recycled concrete beam without web reinforcement is greater than that of the reinforced beam after the steel yield.Under the same load,with the increase of the reinforcement ratio,the mid-span deflection of test beams is decreasing,while increased with the increase of the shear span ratio.The compressive strength of recycled concrete does not affect the mid-span deflection of test beams obviously.The mid-span deflection of BFRP reinforced recycled concrete beams is calculated according to different design codes of concrete structures,calculation results show that the calculated values of ACI 440.1 R-03 are in bad agreement with the experimental values under 50% ultimate load,70% ultimate load and ultimate load,while the GB 50608—2010 is more reasonable in calculating deflection.It is recommended to use GB 50608—2010 to calculate the deflection of BFRP reinforced recycled concrete beam without web reinforcement.
