一例犬膈疝的诊断与治疗

摘要
以动物医院接诊的被轿车碾压腹部、致膈肌破裂、临床表现为胸腹式呼吸的患犬为例,探讨一例犬膈疝的诊断、治疗及术后护理效果。对患犬进行一般检查和特殊检查,确诊为膈肌破裂后,立即进行膈疝缝合术,最后成功挽救患犬生命。因腹部被挫伤,引发水肿,每天护理时需用硫酸镁热敷,以减轻水肿。治疗膈肌穿孔或破裂最有效的方法是膈疝缝合术及良好的术后护理。
A dog with the clinical manifestation of chest abdominal breathing from an animal hospital, which caused rupture of the diaphragm due to crushed abdomen by a car was taken as an example in this paper. Its diagnosis,treatment and postoperative nursing of dog's diaphragmatic hernia were discussed. Trough general examination and special examination, this dog was finally diagnosed as heavy rupture of the diaphragm and the diaphragmatic hernia was determined immediately for surgery by doctor. The dog's life was succored successfully at last. However,due that the contusion of the abdomen caused edema, it was necessary to use magnesium sulfate in a hot compress every day to relieve the edema. The most effective methods for the treatment of perforation or rupture of the diaphragmatic hernia were suture and good postoperative nursing.
