摘要
随着矿井开采深度的增加和开采强度的增大,煤与瓦斯突出问题越来越严重,煤层瓦斯压力、瓦斯含量、地应力加大致使突出矿井的突出危险性越来越严重,突出频率增加,突出强度增大,大型、特大型突出所占比例越来越大,煤与瓦斯突出已成为严重威胁矿井安全生产的主要问题之一。目前不具备保护层开采条件的煤层,井下钻孔预抽瓦斯是防治煤与瓦斯突出的主要手段之一,钻孔瓦斯抽采效果与煤层瓦斯含量、透气性系数、抽采钻孔直径及负压、抽采目的和时间等因素有关。针对云盖山煤矿在瓦斯治理中采用的不同瓦斯治理钻孔,结合矿井实际生产条件和不同瓦斯治理钻孔的有效抽放半径的现场测试结果,对不同瓦斯治理钻孔的瓦斯抽采效果进行考察,验证了不同瓦斯治理钻孔的有效抽放半径等技术参数。
        With the increase of mining depth and the increase of mining intensity,the problem of coal and gas outburst is becoming more and more serious.The coal seam gas pressure,gas content and ground stress increase the outburst danger of the prominent mine more and more,and the protruding frequency increases.The outstanding strength had increased,and the proportion of large and extra-large protrusions had become larger and larger.Coal and gas outburst had become one of the major problems that seriously threaten the safe production of mines.At present,there was no coal seam with protective layer mining conditions.The pre-extracted gas in underground drilling was one of the main means to prevent coal and gas outburst.The effect of drilling gas drainage and coal seam gas content,gas permeability coefficient,drilling diameter and negative pressure,extraction purpose and time were related.According to the different gas control boreholes adopted in the gas control of Yungaishan Coal Mine,combined with the actual production conditions of the mine and the field test results of the effective drainage radius of different gas control boreholes,the gas drainage effect of different gas control boreholes was carried out.Inspected and verified the technical parameters such as the effective drainage radius of different gas control boreholes.
