摘要
针对新元矿掘进煤层瓦斯抽放难度大、抽采效率低等难题,新元矿通风部对传统煤层瓦斯抽采方法主要存在的问题进行分析,提出了水力冲孔造穴技术在31004辅助进风巷掘进煤层瓦斯抽放中进行应用,通过三个月应用效果分析发现,与传统瓦斯抽放技术相比水力冲孔造穴技术提高了钻孔成孔率,降低了工作面钻孔施工量,使单孔瓦斯抽放率提高至85%以上,大大提高了巷道掘进效率及突出掘进工作面卸压增透效果,取得了显著成效。
In view of the difficulty of gas drainage and low extraction efficiency in the coal seam of Xinyuan mine, the main problems existing in the traditional coal seam gas extraction method in the ventilation Department of Xinyuan mine are analyzed. The hydraulic punching hole technology is put forward in the application of gas drainage in the coal seam of 31004 auxiliary ventilation lane, and the application effect of three months is analyzed. Compared with the traditional gas drainage technology, the hydraulic punching hole technology improves the hole formation rate, reduces the construction amount of the hole and increases the gas drainage rate of the single hole to more than 85%, greatly improves the tunneling efficiency and the pressure relief effect of the outburst face, and has achieved remarkable results.
