层流手术间控制院内感染的护理措施研究

摘要
目的:总结层流手术间控制院内感染的护理措施及经验。方法:收治手术间护理患者200例,平分两组,对照组采用常规手术室管理,观察组采用层流手术间管理,重点加强层流手术室管理;加强层流手术室的环境管理;加强层流手术室的手术间运行管理和感染控制的管理。结果:观察组空气培养菌落数(3±1)cfu/m~3,操作台培养菌落数(3±1)cfu/m~3,对照组空气培养菌落数(7±2)cfu/m~3,操作台培养菌落数(6±3)cfu/m~3;观察组未发生院内感染,对照组院内感染率4.0%;观察组护理满意度99.0%,对照组满意度74.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强层流手术室管理、加强层流手术室的环境管理、加强层流手术室的手术间运行管理和感染控制的管理是控制院内感染的重要护理措施。
Objective:To summarize the nursing measures and experience of controlling nosocomial infection in laminar flow operation room.Methods:200 patients with surgical care were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the control group received routine operation room management,while the observation group adopted laminar flow operation room management,emphasis should be laid on strengthening the management of laminar flow operating room,strengthening the environmental management of laminar flow operating room,strengthening the operation management and infection control of laminar flow operating room.Results:The number of air culture colonies in the observation group was(3±1)cfu/m~3,and the number of colonies cultured on the console was(3±1)cfu/m~3.The number of air culture colonies in the control group was(7±2)cfu/m~3,and the number of colonies cultured on the console was(6±3)cfu/m~3.There was no nosocomial infection in the observation group,and the nosocomial infection rate in the control group was 4%.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 99%,while that of the control group was 74%,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen the management of laminar flow operating room,strengthen the environmental management of laminar flow operating room,strengthen the operation management of laminar flow operating room and the management of infection control are important nursing measures to control nosocomial infection.
