PBL与微信平台在肿瘤内科教学中的应用

摘要
目的研究在肿瘤内科教学中应用PBL与微信平台教学的效果。方法抽取2016年5月—2018年7月我院接收的60名实习生为研究对象,按教学模式差异将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组实施PBL与微信平台教学;对比分析教学效果、学生肿瘤内科基础理论和基本操作掌握程度。结果经对比,观察组实习生成绩较对照组高,教学成绩对比差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。观察组基础理论知识掌握度96.7%,对照组80.0%,基本操作技能掌握度93.3%,对照组73.3%。基础理论和基本操作掌握程度两组对比差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论在肿瘤内科实习生教学中应用PBL与微信平台教学效果显著,应用价值较高。
        Objective To study the effect of applying PBL and WeChat platform teaching in oncology teaching. Methods A total of 60 interns received in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2018 were selected as subjects. They were divided into control and observation group according to the differences in teaching modes. The control group was taught by traditional teaching mode, while the observation group was taught by PBL and Wechat platform. The teaching effect, basic theory and basic operation of students' oncology medicine were compared and analyzed. Results By comparison, the achievements of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference in the teaching results between the two groups, P < 0.05. The mastery of basic theoretical knowledge in the observation group was 96.7%, while that in the control group was 80.0%. The mastery of basic operation skills was 93.3% in the control group and 73.3% in the control group. There was significant difference in the mastery of basic theory and basic operation between the two groups, P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of PBL and WeChat platform in the teaching of oncology interns is significant, and the application value is high.
