微课在中职内科护理教学中的应用

摘要
目的探讨分析微课在中职内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月期间在该院内科实习的100名护理人员作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组。实验组采取微课教学模式,对照组采取常规教学模式。对比分析两组的教学质量、满意度。结果实验组五次测试成绩平均分、自我导向学习能力各项评分、对课堂满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微课充分应用中职内科护理教学中,提高了护理实习人员的学习成绩和自我导向学习能力,具有显著的教学效果,具有极高的推广价值。
        Objective To study and analyze the application effect of microlecture in the nursing teaching in the secondary vocational medicine. Methods 100 cases of nursing staff in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups, the experimental group used the microlecture teaching model, while the control group used the routine teaching model, and the teaching quality and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The average score of five tests, various scores of self-guidance learning ability, and satisfactory degree to the class in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The full application of micro-lecture in the nursing teaching in the secondary vocational medicine can improve the learning score and self-guidance learning ability of nursing internees, and it is of obvious teaching effect and extremely high promotion value.
