多元化教学模式在妇科肿瘤护理带教中的应用效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨多元化教学模式在妇科肿瘤护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年5月-2018年3月笔者所在医院妇科实习护理人员33例作为观察组,在肿瘤护理带教中行多元化教学模式,另选择同时间段常规教学模式下妇科肿瘤实习护理人员33例作为对照组,评估两组实习生理论成绩、实践成绩、思维能力、胜任力及学习兴趣度。结果:观察组实习生理论成绩和实践成绩均显著高于对照组,观察组实习生思维能力和胜任力评分均显著高于对照组,观察组实习生学习兴趣度各指标评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科肿瘤护理带教中实施多元化教学模式可进一步提高实习成绩,增强实习生实践操作能力,尤其提高实习生思维能力和胜任力,教学效果显著,值得推广。
        Objective:To explore the application effect of diversified teaching mode in gynecology oncology nursing teaching.Method:From May 2017 to March 2018,33 gynecologic interns and nurses in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 33 gynecologic tumor interns and nurses under the conventional teaching mode at the same time were selected as the control group.The scores of theory and practice,the scores of thinking ability and competence,the scores of learning interest in two groups were compared.Result:The scores of theory and practice in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of thinking ability and competence in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of learning interest in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of diversified teaching model in gynecological oncology nursing teaching can further improve the practice results,enhance the practical operation ability of interns,especially improve the thinking ability and competence of interns,teaching effect is significant,and is worth promoting.
