中医护理带教路径在神经内科低年资护士带教中的应用效果

摘要
目的分析中医护理带教路径在神经内科低年资护士带教中的应用效果。方法将神经内科2017年9月入职的68名低年资护士随机分为常规组(常规带教模式)和试验组(中医护理带教路径模式),各34名。比较两组的临床带教效果。结果试验组低年资护士的中医护理基础理论、中医护理操作技能和护理综合能力得分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组低年资护士对教学模式的满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。患者对试验组低年资护士工作的满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理带教路径在神经内科低年资护士带教中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。
        Objective To analyze the application effect of TCM nursing teaching path on the teaching of junior nurses in neurology department. Methods Sixty-eight junior nurses admitted in neurology department in September 2017 were randomly divided into routine group(routine teaching mode) and experimental group(TCM nursing teaching path mode), with 34 cases in each group. The clinical teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of basic theory of TCM nursing, operation skills of TCM nursing and comprehensive nursing ability of junior nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05). The satisfaction with teaching model of junior nurses in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05). The patients' satisfaction with the work of junior nurses in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of TCM nursing teaching path on the teaching of junior nurses in neurology department has remarkable effect, and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
