产教融合视角下教学质量提升实践探讨

摘要
产教融合的意义是为了提高学生的综合能力,提高教师的综合业务水平,促进地方经济发展。产教融合正面临一些问题,如学校对产教融合的重视程度不够,只是为了完成学校的实训指标,导致校企合作流于形式。校企合作的意愿不强,大多数企业的核心思想都是追求利益最大化。针对这些问题提出了一些合理性建议,如优化人才培养策略,强化学生的实践能力,实行考核制度,形成质量意识,明确学校和企业的责任,为学生提供创业平台,实现产教的多方位融合,制定全新的课程标准。
        The significance of integration of industry and education is to improve students' comprehensive ability,teachers' comprehensive professional level and promote local economic development. The integration of industry and education is facing some problems. For example,schools do not attach enough importance to the integration of industry and education,just to complete the training targets of schools,leading to the mere formality of school-enterprise cooperation. The willingness of school-enterprise cooperation is not strong,and the core idea of most enterprises is to maximize their interests. In view of these problems,some reasonable suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing personnel training strategies,strengthening students' practical ability,implementing assessment system,forming quality consciousness,clarifying the responsibilities of schools and enterprises,providing students with entrepreneurial platform,realizing multi-dimensional integration of production and teaching,and formulating new curriculum standards.
