基于条形码技术的病案批量归档系统设计

摘要
通过对病案流通环节的分析,应用MicrosoftVisualBasic6.0作为开发工具,MicrosoftAccess2003作为数据库管理工具,开发设计基于条形码识别技术的病案批量归档系统。把病案借阅归并为上交流程,在病案资料的上交、借阅、入库环节,采用连续扫描一次性保存的方式,实现病案批量归档的目的。将条形码自动识别技术代替手工登记的方法,应用到病案归档管理工作,防止因人为失误造成的资料缺失、遗漏、归档错误,提高了数据采集和信息处理的速度,保证了病案资料流通环节中的准确率。建立起优质、高效、低耗、快捷的病案资料管理体系,最大限度地满足病案资料的精细化管理需求,为提高劳动效率提供科学保障。
Through the analysis of the circulation of medical records, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a development tool, Microsoft Access 2003 as a database management tool, the development of the design based on barcode recognition technology of the batch file system. The medical record loan is merged into the process of handing in the medical record, in the handing over, borrowing and storage, using continuous scan to save the way,realize the purpose of batch archives of medical records. The method of barcode automatic identification is substituted for manual registration, and it is applied to the management of medical record to prevent the error of data deletion, omission and filing due to human error, which improves the speed of data collection and information processing, and ensures the accuracy rate in the circulation of medical records. The establishment of high-quality,efficient, low-cost, fast medical records management system to maximize the medical records to meet the precise management needs, to improve the efficiency of labor to provide scientific protection.
