网络城市公共空间的阈限性转向 《地缘媒介——网络城市和公共空间的未来》述评

摘要
文章从阈限性的视角对斯考特·麦夸尔的《地缘媒介——网络城市和公共空间的未来》一书做出评价,指出在高度异化和日益流动的社会技术语境中,重新思考媒介与公共空间之间的关系问题,启动介于技术控制和人本实践之间的阈限空间的潜能,对于网络城市公共空间的未来具有重要的现实意义。
This article reviews Geomedia: Networked Cities and the Future of Public Space by Scott McQuire from the perspective of liminality. It points out that,in the context of socioltechnical networks, to rethink the relationship between media and public space and to initiate the capacity of liminality between technical control and humanistic practice, has important, practical significance in relation to the future of the public spaces of networked cities.
