摘要
以某船舶工业园舾装码头为工程背景,分析时把高桩码头横向排架按照柔性桩台考虑,然后将横向排架实际结构图简化得到其计算简图;结构简化时,不考虑桩帽的作用,假定桩与横梁固接在一起,水平荷载作用在靠船侧横梁端部;基于假想嵌固点法通过固端约束模拟桩土相互作用,然后利用ANSYS建立不同叉桩扭转角度下的横向排架有限元模型并进行计算分析。结果显示:叉桩的平面扭转角度会对横向排架的内力和变形产生较大的影响,并得出了相应的变化规律。
        Based on the fitting-out berth structure in a vessel industrial park, the transverse bents of piled berth structure are considered to be the pattern of flexible piled platform, then the actual structure can be simplified subject to no pile cap being taken into account, the piles being fixed with cross beams and horizontal load on the end of cross beams against the side of ships. The method of hypothetical embedded point is used to simulate the pile-soil interaction by the fixed end constraint, then ANSYS is used to build the finite element models for calculating and analyzing the transverse bents under different torsion angles of batter piles. The results show great influence on the internal force and deformation of transvers bents by different plane torsion angles of batter piles and the corresponding variation law.
