摘要

结合涩宁兰输气管道,在介绍离心式压缩机及其喘振机理的基础上,总结出利用回流法防止压缩机发生喘振的控制措施,并就多机组运行时回流阀全开这一实际问题进行了分析探讨,提出了一些日常生产运行中的预防措施及建议。
        Combined with Se-Ning-Lan natural gas pipeline, this paper brief introduced the centrifugal compressor and its surge mechanism, summarized the control measures to prevent the surge of the compressor by using the reflux method, and discussed the actual problem of the full opening of the return valve during multi-unit operation. Finally some suggestions for prevention measures in daily production operation were put forward.
