摘要
目的:探究石韦的黄酮部位的抗病毒效果,并分析其有效成分.方法:采用标准病毒株或临床分离病毒株进行活性检测,通过观察病毒致细胞病变效应的发生率,计算黄酮部分抑毒指数TI,评价其抗病毒活性,并用HPLC-MS分析有效成分.结果:体积分数为30%的乙醇洗脱的石韦黄酮部位对肠道EV-71病毒抑制效果最好,用HPLC-MS分析体积分数为30%的乙醇洗脱石韦总黄酮部位的15个成分,其中3个酚酸类成分,12个黄酮类成分.结论:石韦黄酮部位有显著的抗病毒效果,可能是一种潜在的具有开发性的抗病毒药物.
        Objective: To investigate the antiviral effect of the flavone fraction of pyrrosia lingua and to analyze its active components. Methods: The activity was detected by using the standard virus strains or the clinical isolates. By observing the incidence of the cytopathic effect induced by the viruses,the antiviral index TI was calculated and the antiviral activity was evaluated. The effective components were analyzed with HPLC-MS. Results: The fraction of 30% ethanol-eluted flavonoids had the best inhibitory effect on intestinal EV-71 virus. HPLC-MS analysis showed 15 components in the total flavone fraction of pyrrosia lingua eluted with 30% ethanol,including 3 phenolic acids and 12 flavonoids. Conclusion: The flavonoid fraction of pyrrosia lingua has significant antiviral effect and may be a potential antiviral drug.
