摘要
以硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、石膏、内墙腻子、熟石灰、液体硅酸钠这6种粘结剂作为成膜剂,通过添加其他助剂制备钢结构防火涂料,考察粘结剂种类对防火涂料成膜性能及高温膨胀防火性能的影响。实验结果表明:液体硅酸钠比较适合做无机防火涂料的成膜剂;将模数为1.0的固体硅酸钠、模数为3.0的液体硅酸钠按照硅酸钠固液质量比为1∶7混合,在添加量为40%(质量分数)时,制备的无机防火涂料成膜性及高温膨胀性能优异,具有良好的防火性能。
The effect of film forming agent with different kinds and recombination on film formation and high temperature expansion of inorganic fireproof coatings for steel structure were researched.The experimental results showed that the film-forming agent was a complex agent in which the mass ratio of solid sodium silicate and liquid sodium silicate was 1∶7,and the modulus of sodium silicate in solid and liquid state was 1 and 3 respectively.The obtained coating with 40% of such film-forming agent,in which a large number of organic materials were placed by inorganic materials,not only significantly reducd the release of toxic flue gas when the flame retardant,but also its film coating and high temperature expansion were excellent,in which good flame retardant property was performed.
